Delete Cookies

How do you delete the cookies that refuse to delete the normal way?

On IE you click on view files, select all and click delete. Many will not delete. Even when you try to x them out individually. How do you get rid of them. Also clicking on delete cookies will not delete them either. I believe I said that these are cookies that resist being deleted. This includes the automatic delete from IE 8. I have IE8 and these cookies are stubborn. Mind you Im not talking about all of the cookies just some of them.

1. try to download the Ccleaner at google.com it deletes everything from cookies to useless files.
2. TRY USING INTERNET EXPLORER 8 . IT IS MUCH SAFE AS IT AUTOMATICALLY DELETES COOKIES . U CAN DOWNLOAD IE8 FROM MICROSOFT.COM . AND EVEN THEN U HAV TIS PROB JUST DELETE THE COOKIES AND THEN RESTART IT WILL GET DELETED.....
3. Hmm ive never heard of that, try this go to start, run, type cookies, then delete them there maybe (dont try to delete "index" it wont) BEST ANSWER :D
