A good Cache and history cleaner?

I am looking for a good Cache and History cleaner for my fathers computer.I downloaded him the one I had and used it on his PC and it deleted all of his files but for some reason it washes mine just mine.Is there a good free one out there for Windows Vista that works good for Cache and History clean up?
