If i have exceeded the internet download limit for a month can i get it going fast agin without paying extra ?

I have gone over my internet download limit and my internet goes really really really slow. Worse then dialup. Can i somehow get it going fast again without paying ?

1. Switch to a different provider that doesn't have a cap.
2. i don't think thay slow it down thay just charge you by the gb after that. try giving them a call.
3. No. Otherwise everybody would be doing it. It depends on your provider as to, if they slow your connection down when you use up what your plan was for the month, or some just let you go over your download limit and charge you extra for it. You just have to upgrade to a higher plan. You can get unlimited but probably would have to pay more than you are paying now.
4. Yeah your best bet would be to switch isp's with caps are crap think cap = crap!
